I'm Una, a Product Designer from Taiwan.
I work at the point where complex data meets the person who has to act on it. My focus: automotive HMI, B2B and enterprise SaaS, e-commerce, and customer data platforms.

With 4+ years of experience, I turn dense, high-stakes systems into interfaces people can actually use, grounded in design thinking, structured frameworks, and real user research.

Led end-to-end product design for Search and Recommendation experiences, supporting 1.7M+ DAU on a large-scale e-commerce platform.
Spearheaded the strategic expansion of Search & Recommendation placements by mapping features to specific user mental models, effectively driving an 18% YoY increase in GMV and a 15% YoY surge in CVR.
Revamped the end-to-end product discovery experience, which significantly lifted CTR by 27% and reversed the trend of low DAU in core search functionalities.

UIUX Designer at Everfocus

Automotive HMI Product · Led the design of two B2B and SaaS products, collaborating with the team from ideationto production to bring the products from 0 to 1.

Directed the end-to-end design for Xfleet, a remote fleet management software that allows users to manage their fleets of vehicles from a centralized platform.
Spearheaded the UX strategy and product ideation for an innovative Automotive HMI (Intelligent Cockpit), directly contributing to a 15% boost in overall company revenue.
Orchestrated in-depth user research and conducted 4 rounds of usability testing, translating qualitative feedback into strategic UI enhancements that significantly reduced operational friction for professional users.

Interests

When I am not working, you can usually find me outdoors. I'm all about hiking, exploring new places (currently dreaming of a trip to Vienna!), or just painting at home ^_^
